Master's Degree in Human Services or Related required CWEL required Must complete all required CCBYS training through ICOY within 60 days (or as soon as offered).

Job Functions Reviews intake information of clients referred for services and determines if the referral will be accepted Oversees case responsibilities and provides guidance in case planning Staffs all cases with appropriate staff weekly or less frequently if warranted Provides supervision to professional and para-professional staff on therapeutic approaches with clients Reviews all written documents generated by staff Attends court hearings, case reviews, staffing, and meetings as needed Reviews funding source policies and procedures and trains staff on the implementation of these procedures Works with staff to ensure families remain intact and children are provided permanency Ensures that the required documents are in case file Ensures that staff handles incident reporting in a prompt and effective manner Participates in various collateral and community groups to promote agency programs and to network with the community Completes various outcome reports as required Participates in required meetings and training including with funding source Provides staff with training, education, and ongoing supervision and support Monitors program expenditures to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints Ensures adherence to contractual obligations with the funding source Ensures billing accuracy and timeliness; completes billing procedures for private contracts when necessary Handles client, staff, caretaker, and/or collateral complaints and grievances Conducts regular unit meetings with staff Participates in public speaking engagements to promote agency programs and services Participates in agency management meetings and work groups Assists CQI in the development of agency documentation to enhance programming and to meet the requirements of the funding source policies and procedures.
Works to ensure the quality of service and the achievement of program outcome goals Provides direct service to children and families in the absence of assigned staff Manages a 24-hour response system, which may be for referral intake and/or client emergencies Manages case assignments to ensure an equal distribution of cases and to maintain the appropriate staff-to-client ratios as outlined by the funding source Ensures adequate client contact is maintained in accordance with specific program guidelines and the minimum required contact hours are achieved each month Ensures staff at all levels are closely monitoring child and client safety and are appropriately responsive to any situation posing a risk to, or by, a client Completes and submits performance appraisals in a timely manner Maintains a positive organizational culture May occasionally transport clients (youth) and their families to mandated court hearings, school appointments, doctor appointments or other case-related appointments Oversees interns Performs other related duties as assigned We Invest in You!
