Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Three years of clerical experience is preferred Microsoft Office and Google Docs experience with strong computer skills Candidate must be detail oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent time management skills and adaptability to a changing work environment Ability to work efficiently under minimum supervision with frequent interruptions Demonstrate punctuality and good attendance Candidate must respect confidentiality of sensitive information Work with staff, students, parents and the general public in a professional and appropriate manner Responsibilities / Duties:
Must perform all responsibilities in a professional manner consistent with district policy and practices.
Oversee the day-to-day activities of the assigned office.
Greet and assist visitors, staff, and/or students.
Handle correspondence and phone communication of the assigned office and/or administrator.
Provide database management as assigned.
Provide account maintenance and reconciliation as assigned.
Receive, distribute, organize, file, etc documents for the assigned office and/or administrator.
Place orders for materials, verify quantities delivered, and distribute to staff as needed.
Maintain an orderly filing system for the assigned office and/or administrator.
Ability to create marketing materials as assigned.
Schedule appointments, make travel arrangements, and assemble materials for meetings as assigned.
Obtain, gather, and organize pertinent data as needed.
Assists in planning and coordinating events as assigned.
Perform other relevant duties as assigned Physical Requirements:
Requires the ability to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods of time.
Ability to move freely and perform duties in numerous locations throughout the day (involving the ability to stoop, bend, and reach as needed).
Ability to occasionally move, lift, carry, pull, or push heavy objects or materials.
Exposure to noise and activity of a school setting and as needed in noisy and crowded environments.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
