The ideal candidate for this position has experience doing administrative work and answering phones.
Our Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, greeting customers and assisting the other staff members with various tasks throughout the day.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and greet visitors in a timely and courteous manner.
File, Word Processing, Spreadsheets, and databases.
Copy documents and records.
Prepare correspondence.
Prepare reports.
Manage calendars.
Schedule meetings and appointments.
Provide research assistance to employees or departments.
Answer telephones using professional telephone etiquette.
Perform clerical duties such as answering phones, filing, copying, faxing documents, scanning documents, etc.
