Responsibilities:
Manage entire Accounts Receivable process for SFF.
a.
Sets up new customers with credit terms and credit limits.
b.
Posts daily cash receipts.
c.
Processes customer credit card payments.
d.
Responsible for past due collections.
e.
Maintains Customer Information Data base to include sales tax documents and credit applications.
f.
Provides and analyzes month end Accounts Receivable and Sales reports.
g.
Responsible for having up to date sales tax certificates for all customers.
h.
Back-up for invoicing / billing.
i.
Back-up for the front desk when needed.
j.
Handles other tasks as assigned.
Required Experience, Education, and Skills:
At least 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience in a manufacturing company.
High school diploma or GED.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Organized with attention for detail.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Pro-active, good follow up skills.
