We are looking for an Office manager to organize and coordinate administrative duties and office procedures.
A successful candidate should also have experience with a variety of office software (email, spreadsheets, databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties.
Ultimately, the Office manager will wear many hats at this small company but will ensure the smooth running of the day to day tasks and help to improve procedures.
This roll requires a person who can work independently and multitask.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Shipping and Invoicing of all incoming domestic and International orders New Customer verification and set up Customer Service and generation of Sales Quotes Bank Reconciliation's, Bank Deposits, Credit Card processing Payroll processing and filing of quarterly/annual payroll taxes Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, Inventory Management General Office - responding to emails, answer phones Financial statements Job Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) QuickBooks Desktop Pro Prior experience as an office manager Ability to multitask and work independently Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills Job Type:
