Handling of patient incoming and outgoing calls to coordinate appointments.
Assisting in the scheduling of patient appointments Conducting check-in and check-out procedures for patients.
Responsible for proper insurance coding, and billing of procedures in patient records.
Helping to facilitate the patients complete office experience, coordinating and scheduling of ongoing treatments.
Presentation of financial options and arrangements.
Assist patients in the understanding and execution of their insurance benefits.
Following up with unscheduled treatment with patients and missed appointments.
Work with the operations staff and clinical staff to assist in the paperwork flow and communications to the patient.
Verification of dental insurance.
