Do you love cleaning, we have the position for you! We are looking to add a friendly, customer service focused person who loves cleaning to our team.
We have a FT opening at a new apartment site in McHenry.
Your duties will include:
Daily inspection and cleaning of hallways, laundry rooms, entry areas, common areas, leasing office and model units.
Laundry room cleaning:
walls, doors, windows and floors, entryways and thresholds.
Wiping down washers, dryers, floors, walls and doors in laundry rooms, and removal of trash.
Prep of apartment turnovers consisting of cleaning floors, kitchen appliances and cabinetry (both inside and out), bathroom fixtures, light fixtures, doors, windows and blinds and vacuuming of carpet.
You will have set hours during the week with no weekend work and you will be provided with all the cleaning supplies needed.
This is a FT position with a full benefit package.
