JOB SUMMARYThe Project Manager of Marketing Operations plays a critical role in driving overall marketing effectiveness and efficiency while establishing and implementing best practices for project management and client marketing systems.
The position serves as in-house CRM expert and plays a key role in optimizing and enhancing our CRM platform to support business objectives.
The role is also responsible for leading reporting and analysis and connecting marketing processes, data and systems to create alignment and operational efficiencies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESLead aspects of Medcor's marketing operations, including project management (Asana), platform and CRM ownership (HubSpot).
Build best-practice marketing operations system, creating agile marketing methodologies and processes, and developing the infrastructure needed to support our revenue mechanism.
Manage day-to-day team projects including priorities and workflow in Asana to ensure the delivery of best-in-class quality and performance.
Lead and drive end-to-end project processes, from concept to launch, including developing step-by-step timelines for multichannel projects, utilizing project tools/systems to streamline workflow, outline resource requirements, drive accountability and adhere to project timelines.
Collaborate with team members to acquire all project related information, define project scope, goals and deliverables, and facilitate daily/weekly status meetings to refine workflow process, quality of work and timeline.
Develop metrics and analysis to measure marketing performance across all buyer touch points, which informs and optimizes marketing investments, and develop and maintain proactive performance reporting to provide actional insights to stakeholders.
Oversee CRM configuration & customization to align with business processes and goals and ensure all functions of CRM system effectively work with all other applications and operating systems.
Analyze data within CRM to provide insights into sales and marketing performance and develop and maintain reporting and dashboards to track key metrics and KPIs.
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement based on data analysis.
Serve as Marketing Tech Stack Admin, identifying optimization opportunities and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficacy and efficiency across tools.
Lead data maintenance within marketing systems, focused on process management, lead and contact enrichment, data hygiene, data governance and quality.
Provide ongoing email marketing program monitoring, analysis and optimization.
Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Business Intelligence teams to understand their requirements and challenges.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment with business goals.
Foster the Medcor brand and help ensure compliance to brand standards across all campaigns, collateral, and digital assets.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish Medcor as a premier partner.
Achieve and maintain a spirit of teamwork and cooperation within marketing team and across external partners.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
Experience:
3 years of leading B2B marketing operations and integrated project management experience.
3 years of in-depth experience and knowledge of Micro Soft Dynamics 365 and HubSpot functionality, configuration and customization.
2 years of Asana experience and digital tech stack backgroundSKILLSAbility to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once.
Proven ability to leverage HubSpot to drive business efficiency and effectiveness.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Proficient project management and collaboration skills while sticking to deadlines.
Understanding of digital and social marketing platforms and ability to setup integrated dashboards.
Strong communication (written/verbal), interpersonal, customer service and presentation skills.
Ability to travel up to 20% based on business need.
Thorough understanding of marketing operations strategies and practices.
Ability to execute broad range of marketing analytics methodologies, tools, platforms and technologies.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSEducation:
Master's DegreeProject Management & HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics certification
Experience:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSAbility to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time to operate a computer and or other office equipment such as printer, scanner, copy machine, and telecommunication devices and occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds of weight.
Ability to use hands/fingers to handle or feel, reach, operate computer, mobile phone and office equipment.
Ability to move throughout the office (onsite or remote) to move documents, files, open cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary.
The position communicates constantly with staff and requires the ability to communicate information or ideas that others will understand.
Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
Ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer) to identify, detect and recognize issues while creating and analyzing reports and data.
