JOB SUMMARY The Nurse supports and assists in providing holistic, therapeutic, person-centered care for custodial, post-acute, sub-acute, and memory care residentsThe Nurse will achieve and maintain the highest quality of life for each resident residing in or under the care of the facilityOur RN's and LPN's collaborate with our CNA's who provide ADL care for our residentsNurses guide the care and work as a team with their CNA's and other support staff to provide weights, vitals, skin care and change in resident behavior/status informationHospitality Aides help support our healthcare team and provide improved services to your residentsNurses participate in the clinical assessments/data gathering and care, admission/discharge detail, medication management, and are part of the Quality Assurance Performance Improvement process to always ensure we are getting better!
