Process Technician - Injection Molding - McHenry, IL

Seeking a candidate with experience setting up and repairing injection molding machines, automatic assembly equipment and auxiliary equipment.
Activities:
Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on injection molding equipment including preventive maintenance, quality checks, and material handling.
Clean and maintain molding & automation equipment.
Arrange for repair and replacement of instruments and control systems that fail to operate.
Participate in process improvement activities and compliance methodologies in order to satisfy customer needs and cost reduction targets.
Troubleshoot molding defects and get parts back to specification.
Required:
5
years hands-on experience processing and troubleshooting injection molding machines such as Husky, Milacron, Toyo and Negri Bossi.
2
years of experience working with robotics, hydraulics or electric systems with understanding of PLC programming.
