Seeking individual to lead a Quality Control team involved in the production of plastic molded parts used in final assembly of cars, trucks or other similar products from the automotive industry.
Activities &
Responsibilities:
Develop Quality Control procedures and train employees to comply with QC requirements.
Assess current manufacturing and production processes to identify insufficient process control and non-compliance to SOPs.
Create new, or update current SOPs and train employees on processes and compliance.
Improve process standardization for production activities.
Design and execute internal audits and training procedures to support facility compliance to industry standards, notably ISO TS 16949
Requirements:
QC or QA role in a manufacturing environment in the plastics industry or automotive industry.
Leadership abilities and previous supervisory experience.
