Seeking experienced Engineer with proven success contributing to the design of mechanical aspects of manufacturing machinery who can translate that experience to design CNC cutting tools.
Activities:
Design and develop new machine tools and create updated designs for current equipment using 2D and 3D drafting and modeling software.
Validate designs through prototyping and testing activities.
Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and stress calculations
Education:
B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
Knowledge of structural calculations for large manufacturing equipment.
Ability to utilize modeling and design software to aid in calculations and engineering analysis.
